After the consent of the tenants, the common rooms on the top floor of the building were turned into small housing units. The client’s wish was to keep the terrace open and to separate the bed and wardrobe into a minimal room. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine, and the rest of the space is divided by furniture into a living room, a kitchen with a dining table and a work corner.
