The renovation of the apartment included the replacement of all the floor and wall finishes, the construction of a suspended ceiling with built-in lights, the demolition of the existing walls and the addition of new partition walls.

An open space area with a living room, a nook, a dining room and a kitchen was created from the three former rooms. For the purpose of combining the living room and the kitchen, the old bathroom was converted into a kitchen, while the previous kitchen was converted into a bathroom attached to one (master) bedroom.

Two smaller bathrooms were created from the second bathroom, where one is connected to the bedroom and the other to the rest of the apartment.
