The Cliff Drive House is a six bedroom, 6,400 sq ft (596 m2) home in NY, USA. The house is located on a narrow lot and forms three courtyards. The front yard has a ramp for access to the basement garage and a bridge that leads to the entrance of the house.
The middle courtyard was formed by pulling back the central part of the house, while the back yard with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen offers a view of the bay.
The house has three floors and is organized into three segments. The private and night rooms are placed in the front part of the house, while the public spaces and the master bedroom are located in the back. In the central part of the house there are rooms for rest and study and a staircase that connects all floors.

The ground floor consists of open space daily rooms with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The daily space opens toward the backyard with the pool and full outdoor kitchen.
