Before the addition, the house had only a ground floor and one narrow, poorly planned part with stairs. The staircase part of the house was remodeled and a first floor was added over the whole grund floor. By extending to the south side the first floor created a large covered porch/terrace.
Study/bedrooms are planned in the narrow areas around the stairs.A small kitchen, a small bathroom, a family room and a large bedroom with a balcony were added on the first floor.
Part of the terrain next to the house is covered with a pergola and turned into a garden.
