Pool House

As an addition to the residential building, a pool house was built next to a small 5x8m pool. The house and the pool are located on a plateau 1.5m higher than the street. The house is designed in two wings, where the open wing is the border between the street and the parking lot on one side and the pool and enjoyment area on the other side.
The open wing is a covered terrace with a view of the street and the pool. An outdoor kitchen is placed next to the terrace. On the other end of the terrace, the pool deck is raised several steps, so that a room for pool equipment can be placed below it and accessed from the parking lot.
The closed wing also serves as a guest house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room connected with the swimming pool plateau through a wide glass wall.
