The house is designed on pontoons, on the river, outside the urban area. It is designed primarily as a space for learning and relaxation for four friends, so the space inside the lower level is organized in four corners with a bed and wardrobe and a central part for the kitchen and dining room. On the upper level there are four desks.
The entrance to the house is from the north side, from the river bank, over a wooden bridge. In the back part of the house there is a separate bathroom.
Three decks, two smaller on each side and one large on the south side, allow access to the house from the water. The south side with the largest glass surfaces is equipped with sliding wooden shutters for sun protection.
There is a posibility to remove the stairs and organize the layout as one apartment for a couple.
